土木一般において県内同率７位、鳥取県中部地域において同率１位を達成しました。
建築はおしくもランク外となりましたが、常日頃スタッフの努力の賜物かなと感じております。
引き続き、品質の良い工事をお届けできるようスタッフ一同精進させていただきます。

The latest list of construction results in Tottori prefecture in April 2021 has been announced.
In general civil engineering works, we achieved the same rate of 7th place in Tottori prefecture as a whole,
and the same rate of 1st place in the central area of Tottori prefecture.
The architecture works was not ranked, but I feel that it is the result of the efforts of the staff on a daily basis.
All the staff will continue to devote themselves to delivering high quality construction work.

月日が過ぎるのも早いですね。もう５月のゴールデンウイークも終わりました。
梅雨も夏の暑い季節も目の前に迫っております。
以前コロナで各業界が大変な状況ですが、怪我無く、病気無く毎日を過ごしたいですね。
さて、本日は３D-CADの紹介です。
建築工事では3次元での検討も行っておりましたが、３月より土木工事にて３次元CADを用いた管理も行っております。
３次元になることで現場作業員の方が分かりやすくなったと好評です。
これからも今までの取り組みに固執することなく、新しい取り組みも行って意識改革、現場監督の負担軽減に取り組みたいと考えています。

It's already May. It's very early that the days have passed. The summer season is just around the corner.
Today I would like to introduce 3D CAD for civil engineering work.
The site supervisor and site workers are popular because they are easier to understand than conventional drawings.
There is no progress in the company if it sticks to the method so far.
We will continue to make new efforts to reduce the burden on site supervisors.

本日は表彰のご連絡です。
先月10月10日に発生した当社前の交通事故の際に、当社代表取締役が第一発見者となり、
ナンバープレートや車の特徴を覚えていたという事で被疑者の検挙に貢献したという事がありました。
またすぐに人命救助も行ったということで、琴浦大山警察署より感謝状（警察表彰）を受けました。
とても名誉なことです。
当社社員もですが、地元密着企業なので地域社会のために役立つことができるよう心掛けてたいですね。

報告が遅くなりましたが、2019年11月1～2日に協力会社のトーハク解体有限会社と合同で社員旅行に行きました。
場所はなんと北海道。時期もちょうど雪が降る前でちょうど良いタイミングで、初日の雨が残念でしたが、
夕方には雨も止んで翌日も良い天気でとてもリフレッシュした気分になりました。
普段とは違う場所に社員と団体行動することで、連帯感やリーダーシップが試されます。
今回の旅行でも「あの社員は以外とリーダーシップがあるんだな」とか「仕事の時は積極的だけど旅行のときは意外と静かだな」
とか色々社員の仕事以外の別の顔が垣間見えた良い機会となりました。
加登脇建設株式会社は創業55周年となり良いタイミングでの社員旅行だったかなと思っております。
入社まだ4ヶ月くらいの社員も一緒に行っております。社員旅行に行きたい方は当社まで（笑）
違いました。笑
ぜひ当社と一緒に仕事しましょう。仕事は真面目に。遊ぶときは楽しく！
